I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep passion for helping people unwind, reconnect, and return to their natural healing rhythm. My work is grounded in the belief that the body holds incredible wisdom—and when given the right conditions, it softens, reorganizes, and finds balance again.

My treatments blend evidence-informed therapeutic techniques with gentle, grounding practices that support the nervous system. I use a fascia-focused approach, integrating myofascial release, breathwork, craniosacral influences, and slow, mindful touch—sometimes deep and structural, sometimes biodynamically light and listening—to help the body shift out of tension and into restoration.

A unique part of my practice is instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)—a highly effective tool-based approach used to support recovery from sprains, strains, and old injuries. IASTM can help reduce adhesions and scar tissue, increase circulation, and improve range of motion, making it a powerful option for clients needing deeper fascial work or post-injury rehabilitation.

I also incorporate heated hydrotherapy tools and hot-stone techniques, which gently warm and soften the tissues, allowing deeper layers to release without force. This combination of warmth, breath, and structured therapeutic work creates a soothing environment where the body feels safe enough to let go.

My past training in clinical hypnotherapy subtly informs the way I support deep relaxation and guided visualization within my scope of practice. While I do not perform hypnotherapy in massage sessions, this background helps me create a calming, grounded presence and offer imagery and breath cues that encourage the body to soften and release.
